Dr. Sushil Kumar Goel, MA(Psy), MA(Phil), BSc, BLibSc, CPR, CTW (New York), PGDMIT, PhD (Psy) is a renowned educationist, author, editor and a popular teacher whose significant contributions are well known all over the world. He has worked in various capacities as Professor, Head and Dean of instructions in NCERT. He has also worked as Senior Scientist in DRDO, New Delhi and as Psychologist(Head, Evaluation Division ) in VRCH, New Delhi. He is author/editor of 55 books, more than 100 book chapters, more than 200 research papers/articles/abstracts published in various National/International Journals/Magazines/Conference Proceedings in Australia, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, Japan, UK, USA, etc. He has conducted 33 Programmes in training, research and development and worked as Resource Person in several dozen programmes conducted by various National level organizations and Universities.  He has guided 43 MEd and PhD students and he is on the editorial board of several journals of international repute. His major areas of interest are Special Education/ Psychology/ Women's Studies/ Biographical Studies/ Information Science/Divine Education. He has been serving parents of children with special needs, conducting training programmes for them and providing information services to them. He is recipient of various international awards, honors, gold medals and accolades from USA, UK and India. His biography has been published in more than one dozen international biographical volumes of USA, UK and India.
